In order to further develop our Premier Community; we, the neighborhood leaders of Cedar Hill through open and honest communication, will develop / plan inter-neighborhood events and promote a sense of "family" while maintaining a fun, safe, and positive environment.

Neighbor-to-Neighbor was initiated to get neighborhoods talking to one another to create opportunities to close the gap between them and increase the overall quality of life in the city of Cedar Hill.
